We at Shapes Beauty Bar, feel that our service providers time should be respected. Shapes Beauty Bar requires a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or appointments that need to be rescheduled. We understand situations arise. However, if within one calendar year it happens more than once, we will charge 50% of the service(s) scheduled. In the event of a no-show, the client will be charged 50% of the service(s) scheduled. The second time a no-show or cancellation occurs the client will be charged 100% of the service(s) scheduled. Appointments may be secured with a valid credit card on file. Shapes Beauty Bar management will use reasonable discretion.

We take pride in, stand by and guarantee our work at Shapes Beauty Bar. If you are unsatisfied, we would like you to consult and communicate with your service provider and together come up with a solution. Our Shapes management team is also happy to help provide other alternatives. to achieve your desired result. All services are non-refundable, but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date. It is important you contact the Salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service. Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result. All Body Contouring services are non-refundable

Shapes Beauty Bar reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff

Shapes Beauty Bar is a Family Friendly Studio, However, all children under the age of 13 must always be accompanied by an adult .
